1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SearchReplace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides bulk search and replace functionality for HubSpot CRM properties. It connects to your HubSpot account via OAuth and performs read and write operations on your behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. HubSpot Data

The Service modifies data in your HubSpot portal at your direction. While we provide rollback functionality, we cannot guarantee recovery in all cases. You are responsible for maintaining backups and verifying changes before execution.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) exceed rate limits or API usage quotas.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
