What counts as a 'record' in the usage limit?+
Each CRM record that is modified during a search & replace operation counts as one unit. Previewing changes (without applying them) does not consume any units.
Can I connect multiple HubSpot portals?+
Free, Cleanup Pass, and Professional each support one HubSpot portal. Contact us if you need an agency or multi-portal plan.
How does the rollback feature work?+
Every applied search-and-replace operation stores the before-values needed for rollback. Eligible completed operations can be rolled back during your plan's retention window while the authorized portal connection remains available.
Which HubSpot object types are supported?+
Contacts, companies, and deals are included in the base OAuth installation. Tickets, supported CMS pages and blog posts, and eligible custom objects appear when the selected portal grants the corresponding optional scopes. SearchReplace exposes supported writable string, phone-number, and enumeration properties.
Is my HubSpot data secure?+
SearchReplace uses HubSpot OAuth. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Applied operations retain the affected before/after values needed for history and eligible rollback, then purge them according to the applicable retention policy.
